Controvento is the bathhouse that wasn’t there: a specialty café, a retro-innovative fish tavern, an unconventional wine cellar and a seaside library.
We select raw materials from small producers who, like us, follow ethics and sustainability.
Controvento is not the usual seaside proposal: you come in the morning for a coffee and leave in the evening with a pint of beer (artisanal of course); the mood of those who go in an obstinate and opposite direction, in short, against the wind.
