From olives to oil: a tradition that has lasted for over 40 years!
Immediately outside the walls of the suggestive Moorish Castle, one of the “most beautiful villages in Italy”, is the Antico Frantoio Alessandrini. The activity of the mill began in 1984 and despite the innovation it wanted to maintain the traditional extraction system with granite millstones and presses.
The ancient Frantoio Alessandrini sets itself the mission of enhancing the extra-virgin olive oil from the Fermo hills in Italy and Europe and, to ensure that this happens, a constant commitment of the entire organization is required.
The Alessandrini oil mill follows the entire olive production chain with extreme care and attention, from plant to table. Only the best olives are processed with large granite millstones, according to the ancient tradition of oil masters. All this to achieve complete customer satisfaction, offering them not only a heritage of passion that translates into gastronomic excellence, but also a tangible relationship of trust between producer and consumer.
With them we will live a total experience discovering Extra Virgin Olive Oil, its characteristics and its secrets through a visit to the oil mill and a guided tasting!
